The 14th Doctor is played by Daniel Craig. He is actually the 16th incarnation, because of the War Doctor and the Time Lord Victorious. He tries to be more like his previous incarnation, because his companion Anne Stanford hates change. Once she and her husband leave, he decides to let himself be a new man.
