The State of Salt Lake (Deseret: 𐐝𐐫𐑊𐐻 𐐢𐐩𐐿) is one of the 11 first-order subdivisions of Rio Blanco. It was established in 1885, after being separated from the State of Uinta. It is the second most populated first-order subdivision (behind the Denver Capital District) and the fourth widest state, behind Baynice, Moffat and Uinta.
