Joshua Hayden was a Human Male Starfleet Commander in the service of Starfleet Security during the 24th century. In 2385, Hayden was ordered to kill Presidential Chief of Staff Galif jav Velk by President Pro-Tempore Ishan Anjar to remove any link between him and the death of Federation President Nanietta Bacco.
