Han Solo was a male smuggler and commander for the Rebellion. He was the pilot of the Millennium Falcon with Chewbacca as his co-pilot. He first got caught up in helping the Rebellion by giving Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi transport to Alderaan. However, the ship was picked up by the Death Star, where Han participated in freeing Senator Leia Organa from prison. He took her and the others to Yavin IV, where he was rewarded for his efforts. He then was asked to leave, since the Rebellion could not allow the image of a smuggler spoil theirs, and traveled with Chewbacca.
