Pennelope Matthews was a security officer for the Ouroboros Corporation. The Cypherite Marias, killed Matthews while Marias snuck past the Ouroboros guards on the upper floors of a large Ouroboros office building. Veil later hinted that Matthews had been in charge of sending out a security report.
