Black angel hair is an Elona+ exclusive NPC. Behind the dark, cute fluffball appearance, it's actually a high-level spellcaster with an interesting set of spells and abilities. It most often casts Nerve Arrow and Darkness Bolt, along with the occasional Healing Rain, which it casts not on low HP, just randomly. It also uses the Touch of Sleep ability. It floats. Its high Control Magic and Casting skills may make it a good pet, although wisps do not naturally start with many equipment slots.
