Dr. Russ is a character in the novel Final Destination: Destination Zero. He is a doctor who works at St. Joseph's hospital and is the one who attended to Patti Fuller after she overdosed on anesthesia. An African-American in his mid-thirties, Patti found the doctor a little attractive and nice. He asked Patti if she knew where and who she was and why she was in the hospital, where she replied by saying her whole body hurt. After a day of being prodded and poked, Russ came into her room to announce that Patti had visitors, Jim Castle and his wife.
