Barbara Stackowitz was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander, she served as Assistant Tactical Officer aboard the LAC carrier HMS Minotaur. She previously spent six months working on project Ghost Rider. (HH8)
