Agra is a city in southern Allansia. It lies on The Glimmering Sea, opposite Bei-Han. The High Priests of Agra dominated their people and at harvest time a sacrificial victim was given a bronze mask, made by the High Priests, that made the victims kill themselves, making it appear a willing sacrifice.
