Carlos M. (full name unknown) was an Umbrella Corporation employee who had level 10 security clearance and knowledge regarding the location of the Stairway of the Sun. Oswell E. Spencer eventually discovered Carlos' whereabouts and forced Carlos' into giving him an unknown information. Proving no use to him anymore, Spencer ordered Carlos to be eliminated.
