Sarah Jane Hazlegrove (born 17 July 1968) is an English actress known for portraying Kathleen "Dixie" Dixon on Casualty from 2006 to 2016. Despite her departure scenes airing in January 2016, she would have likely finished filming her scenes at around the end of September 2015, due to the 4 month delay from filming to airing.
