Chi Akimichi (吸血鬼, Kyūketsuki) is a dangerous Taiyō who serves under Soru religiously. Chi earned his title and fear after single handily massacring an entire village just for Soru to plan on owning. Chi's ability with Chakra absorption and his monstrous taijutsu skills earned him the name, "Vampire". Some claim it is impossible for one to escape. Which makes him the perfect Taiyō. At first, Chi was an assassin for hire. Although not the best, due to unorthodox methods, Chi grew famous from leaving a pool of blood wherever he left. The true source of his name.
