The Sith Trinity was the Government for the Sith Federation, which consisted of Three Leaders, who each went under the Sovereign Rule separately. Unlike the rule, each of the Sith Lords did not command the armies as the Sovereign did, but did control the management of the Officers and other members of the Sith federation, the non-force-sensitive staff controlling the ships and ruling the planets.
