After Desoloth slayed in battle and having his remains sealed away in the Cor Draconis, Drakath arrives and Chaorrupts Desoloth's skeleton into the Desolich to serve as Drakath's secret agent. Desolich later works on causing a plague that would turn all dragons into Dracolichs. After the players have slain the Avatar of Desolich, Desolich goes inert and his body disappears into a Chaos Portal upon being withdrawn by Drakath. During the final battle with Drakath, Desolich partakes in the battle against the player and their allies.
