Bledar Sejko is an Albanian guitarist, composer, and singer who, together with rock singer Adrian Lulgjuraj, represented Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Malmö with the song Identitet, which failed to qualify for the final, finishing in 15th place in the semi finals. Sejko's last participation to the Festivali i Këngës before "Identitet" had been in 1992 with his group Thunder Way. Their song, "Legjenda e Heroit" came last in that festival.
