This is the most powerful bomb in terms of EMP damage. With a direct hit, it is capable of fully disabling any standard fighter and those in a large radius around the blast. Note that if any friendly or neutral AI ships are caught in the blast and fully neutralized, all the ships in the planet's orbit will turn on you as if you had destroyed the ship. This is a must-have in every armoury, due to the enormous EMP damage dealt on explosion.
