They were once used as a cheap alternative to mystic equipment in dangerous Player killing situations. However, the introduction of the Evolution of Combat rendered these purely cosmetic, and thus these robes no longer offer any stats. This robe set can be stored in the magic wardrobe in a player's costume room. However, all 7 pieces of the robe set have to be stored at once, including both the helmet and the hat.
