River Clyde is a major river in Scotland that passes through Glasgow. The banks of this river are home to the fabled Weetimorousbeastie and to a cluster of Imps. In Marauding with Monsters, Gilderoy Lockhart wrote about his adventures along the banks of the River Clyde in search of the Weetimorousbeastie, ending up finding (and defeating) an Imp colony instead. The veracity of these events is doubtful, given Lockhart's theft of other people's achievements.
