Mark Mothersbaugh (born May 18, 1950 in Akron, Ohio) is an American musician and film composer, best known as the frontman of new wave/post-punk band Devo since 1972. Since 1989, he has owned and operated Mutato Muzika, a music production studio through which Mothersbaugh composes and provides music for films, television shows, video games, commercials, and Devo itself.
