"3rd Grade Female Rabbit" is an unnamed character who made her debut in the episode "Arthur's Eyes". She is in Mrs. Fink's class, though in earlier episodes she is seen in other classrooms around the school. One example was in the episode "Arthur and the Real Mr. Ratburn". The creators of the show most likely moved her around to suit the needs of the storyline.
