The Glowing Potion, when consumed by man or monster, produced an iridescent glow that emitted from the skin's pores and could be seen through any wall or obstruction. During the Fifth Era, the potion produced a color reflecting the drinker's Dragon Clan affiliation—purple, blue, or green. The bosses of several Hyper Dungeons were known to give off raidant white glows that could be seen for kilometers in every direction, including Wun Weg of Hardhome, Kyklooppi of Kyklooppi Kove, Strayton of Strayton Place, Witherington of Frigid Floe, and Rambro of Rambro's Eyeland.
