Garm Bel Iblis was an Senator for Corellia during the Age of the Empire. He repeatedly spoke out against The Emperor, resulting in him getting issued death warrants on him and his family. To escape them, he fled to Cloud City to try and hide. He then joined the Alliance to Restore the Republic after Starkiller liberated Cloud City from Chop'aa Notimo and his band of bounty hunters.
