Devlin Bowman is the main villain in the movie The Master of Disguise. He is portrayed by Brent Spiner. Devlin had spent twenty years in prison but released. He was involved in computing manufacture and tried to tempt Pistachio with the Dark Side of Energitco, the power of the Disguisey family, but couldn't because Pistachio was pure of heart. Devlin kidnapped Pistachio's parents, and later kidnapped Jennifer, Pistachio's partner and later lover. This was to lure in Pistachio which worked.
