Childhood friend of Scarlet and Hibiki. Works with the board of directors. Her father is a politician as well as a president of the board. She’s responsible to give each underground faction orders from the board of directors. She also acts as a spy for them; by updating the status and reports of the city and the factions’ activities from time to time. She was trained to use firearms when she was in middle school.
