The Candy Store Bandit is a criminal that robs candy stores. His last heist was at Chupo's Candy Store, where he tied up and gagged mr chupo with a rag but was accidentally foiled by Bart Simpson. Bart asked for his reward to be paid in candy bars much to Homer's dismay.
