Alec Evans (b. 1985 ) is a muggle-born wizard from Madison, Wisconsin. He attended Marquette Elementary School through 5th grade, where Ethan Lloyd, a year older, also went to school. During the 1994-95 school year, Alec and his friends noticed that the bully Erik Brewer avoided Ethan; the younger boys began hanging around Ethan and his friends to avoid the bullies. Alec is pale with rather long curly brown hair and hazel eyes.
