Indrele Rathryon is a Dunmer Commoner living in Seyda Neen. She was swindled out of her land by a criminal who filed a forged deed of sale at the Library of Vivec. The Nerevarine steals from the Library of Vivec and returns her confiscated money and land deed to her.
