RodgerRodger is a penguin in the book, "Truth or Dare." He was dared by DanielD to stay all night in the Boiler Room, which back then had no electricity. While in the Boiler Room, he heard strange noises coming from everywhere. He then discovered that it was just a green puffle, now currently called the Keeper of the Boiler Room. He is red and wearing a light blue T-shirt. He is depicted as a scaredy-cat in the book. RodgerRodger is the first penguin to make friends with and meet the Keeper of the Boiler Room.
