Barbara Rasmussen was Governor Bill Williamson's publicist. In August, 1979, she accompanied Williamson to his meeting/photo op with the Yeti Lama in Eureka. The following month, she joined Williamson on his trip to Port Orford to meet with Nobuo Fujita. Rasmussen was a shapely blond with blue eyes. While Williamson was a sasquatch and Rasmussen was a little person, Williamson could appreciate Rasmussen's beauty. As he was married, he never acted that impulse.
