Michael Rowe is a Canadian actor. He portrayed Floyd Lawton/Deadshot in a recurring role throughout the first and second seasons of Arrow, and returned in the third and fifth seasons in a guest starring role. He also played Lawton's Earth-Two counterpart in a Season 2 episode of The Flash.
