Nurhar Dihanur (pronounced NUHR-hahr DEE-hah-noor) was the husband of Alzena Dihanur and a member of House Dihanur by birth. The Dihanur family was a merchant family that held rivalry with the Rokat family, another merchant clan that held a monopoly on myrrh in several countries. The Dihanur family is based mostly in Janaal and Bihan. He only appears in Magic Steps and dies at the end of the novel. He was one of the main perpetrators in the Serial murders in Summersea.
