Soviet Haruhi, also known as Haruji and Elrich von Richt, is the Eternal Director of the Melancholy SSR. Her term is considered final and without boundaries/limits, and her rule in the SSR is known as absolute. Haruhi's policies tend to be very liberal, and socialistic more than the standard far-left or far-right tendencies of the usual totalitarian rulers.
