This is one of the five items you need to collect to fix the sump pump in the Steam City Ruins Factory for the Mission Deployment Quest "Sump Pump Parts" (MD0105). This item is found in a crate one room down, two right and one down from the Steam City Ruins Drop Point or from the Ruins Water Tower Checkpoint, three rooms left and one down. Once you collect this item and the other four, return to Rook Spencer.
