Rei Saito (斉藤 レイ, Saito Rei), born October 9, 1966 in Tochigi, is a Japanese actor and voice actor affiliated with Lady Bird. Her real name is Reiko Saito (斉藤 礼子, Saito Reiko). Under school recommendation she joined the NHK Children's Theater Company in the 5th grade. She then began to perform musicals and eventually TV movies under Tokyo Kid Brothers. She gained her breakout role in 2001 in Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger.
