Kahran Ramsus, also known as 0808191 Ramses, Kahr, or Ramsus, is an antagonist in Xenogears. He is the highest-ranking officer of Gebler. In the original Japanese version, he is known as Carlin Ramses. Ramses (or Ramesses) is the name given to Egyptian pharaohs.
