Miss Headmistress Klangpopper is Dr. Cockroach's 2nd grade teacher and archenemy. She came to Area Fifty-Something in The sound of fear to finish evaluating the mad scientist's final grade. She would leave the base after giving Dr. C. a D-- and admitting defeat after B.O.B. thwarted every teaching technique she had. She was voiced by Jane Carr.
