Blade of Woe is a passive skill that allows the Vestige to assassinate targets, as part of the The Elder Scrolls Online: Dark Brotherhood DLC. When activated, the Vestige will automatically equip the Blade of Woe (an item that does not exist in the inventory, but can be seen when using this skill) and murder the target, displaying one of the available animations. If the murder is witnessed by a guard or an NPC, the Vestige will be given a considerable bounty. If an enemy is killed by this skill, the Vestige will only get 25% of the Experience.
