Hiruko has been packed with both defensive and offensive abilities for his own use. Hiruko's insides have tags placed so upon Tame's command Hiruko's body will dissemble and can be reactivated to instantly attach himself back together. Though Hiruko's body has been completely redone to a point where only Tame could make full use of him. Other puppeteers could try but they would seem to have a difficulty controlling Hiruko as his limbs and weapons were made to work in a certain way that most puppeteers wouldn't know of. But those with enough ability such as Akagi could forcibly control Hiruko but still would need to figure out how to fully use the weapons. Though with Tame's ability is using Chakra Threads, he can use Hiruko's fingers to shoot out chakra threads as well to control more pupp
