Ein wears an all leather outfit similar to Kenshiro's. His outfit is decorated with elements of the American flag, with that in mind it would be safe to assume that he is in fact an American. He also wears a pair of gloves with metal studs on each knuckle. Ein's appearance differs in the manga and anime, In the manga he has black hair, where as in the anime his hair is blonde.
