Victor-101 is a SPARTAN-II commando of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command, serving under the Office of Naval Intelligence. He serves with Team Black as a sniper, and is designated in the team as Black-Four. He is visually distinguished with the Roman numeral "IV" on his visor.
