Wayne Parker was a teenage male high school student who attended the Crest View High School as of fall 1999. One of his classes included chemistry which was taught by Mr. Ferguson, along with at least 21 other students, with John Reese and Cameron Phillips. Wayne was present the day Cromartie substituted for an "ill" Mr. Ferguson, and confirmed his presence during role call shortly before Cromartie attacked the class.
