On Federation Galaxy-class starships, cetacean living quarters were located on decks 13 and 14 of the primary hull. The quarters were connected to the cetacean navigation lab and had their own dedicated cetacean lifeboats. They were accessible by non-aquatic personnel via wet/dry access locks opposite cetacean ops on deck 13.
