Kendrick is a member of the Myreque and brother to Karnac. He was sent to retrieve the sunspear, a legendary weapon said to be capable of killing the vyres, along with Vanstrom Klause. They succeeded, but after the use of the sunspear caused a ghetto to be sacked, they hid it until it could be put to greater use. That time came when Gar'rth allied himself with Vanstrom in order to kill his father Tenebra, so Gar'rth, Vanstrom, Kendrick and four others located the sunspear, but lost half their number in the process. After getting out with the sunspear, they were captured by Vanescula Drakan and taken before Tenebra. Kendrick was killed in retaliation for Gar'rth's failed assassination attempt on Tenebra.
