Michael Hedges is a New Zealand sound engineer. He has won Academy Awards for Best Sound and has worked on over 75 films since 1990. Notable film credits include; Heavenly Creatures (1994), The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001), The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002), The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003), King Kong (2005), The Lovely Bones (2009), and The Adventures of Tintin (2011).
