Ballsy is a secret achievement/trophy in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and is awarded for getting a basketball through a hoop. It is not available until Adam Jensen is presented with M11: Confronting the Bomb-Maker or M12: The Heist during his second visit to Prague.
