The rail yard in sector 10 was the Locos' headquarters under Zoot's leadership. It was where Lex, Glen, Zandra and Ryan met the Locos when they tried to join the tribe. It's also the place where Salene and Ryan hide out whilst being chased by Roanne and her cronies. It seems to be located near the docks, which is where Roanne was based.
