The most powerful direct damage spell in the arsenal of the Order caster, Ice Bolt is rather weak compared to other direct damage spells. However, genies can cast it, inflicting 15.2 points of damage per genie, and in large stacks can utilize it to ravage non-resistant targets. Water elementals, a summonable creature for nature magic Druids, can also cast this spell, at 11.6 damage per creature. Water Elementals and ice demons are immune to this spell.
