Princess Rhaena Targaryen was the second daughter of King Aegon III Targaryen and his second wife, Queen Daenaera Velaryon. The sister of both King Daeron I Targaryen and King Baelor I Targaryen, at the age of fourteen, Rhaena became known as one of the Maidens in the Tower when Baelor imprisoned her and her sisters. The second daughter and fourth child of King Aegon III Targaryen, Rhaena was the granddaughter of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen and her uncle-husband, Prince Daemon Targaryen. Rhaena never married, due to joining the faith, and thus did not have any children herself.
