Tolbak was a male Feeorin Jedi Master and an Order 66 survivor. He had barely escaped assassination on Opplacanx and eventually met up with several fellow Order 66 survivors to discuss their future. He advocated fighting the Empire as soon as possible and, with a majority vote, helped found the Avenging Horde.
