Mara Ahtisaari, born November 29th, 1987 is the lead vocalist of Las Vegas, Nevada based alternative rock group archaic couture. and Finnish band Archetype 09. Mila grew up in Oulu, Finland, where she and three sisters were raised by father Markko Ahtisaari and mother Minsa Virtanen-Ahtisaari. At the age of fourteen, she moved to Las Vegas, where she eventually met high school friend Kristina Reljić, and formed archaic couture. With the hiatus of archaic couture. was announced in October of 2008, Mara broke the news about her new band, Archetype 09.
